1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access PairCircle. By registering, you warrant that you are legally competent and have never been convicted of a felony or sexual offense.
2. Shared Couple Accounts
Both individuals in a couple profile must have reached legal age and actively provided independent digital consent. Breach of partner consent constitutes a material violation of these Terms.
3. Content Ownership & Moderation
You retain ownership of the photos and text you submit, granting PairCircle a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host and display content according to your privacy settings. We reserve the right to remove any content violating community safety.
