Every system in PairCircle is engineered around informed consent, boundary enforcement, and privacy protection.
Adults Only (18+) Policy
Minors are categorically prohibited. Every member must complete age attestation and is subject to third-party identity verification upon account review or community report.
Dual Partner Consent
Couple profiles cannot be created by one person on behalf of another without independent confirmation. If either partner revokes consent, discovery visibility ceases immediately.
Location Masking
We never store or render live geolocation tracks. The database calculates distances using haversine math behind a secured PostgreSQL function, returning only fuzzy kilometer estimates.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Non-consensual media, unsolicited intimate photos, doxxing, harassment, and coercion result in immediate permanent suspension and device blacklisting.
